OUTDOOR EVENTS WITH VARIOUS LEVELS OF DIFFICULTY DEDICATED TO OFF-ROAD
Carrara – It’s time to roll up your sleeves and the program for the first part of 4x4Fest 2022. We are ready to open the doors of many unmissable events, especially for those about to leave for Tuscany on the third weekend of October.
The initiatives that will take place on the 15th and 16th of October are just some of the outdoor events already planned from the beginning: Sand Emotion, Beach Fun on the beach, Test Area in Sarzana, Tour to the marble quarries and Meeting 4×4, looking forward to meeting you again in April 2023 for the renewed 4x4Fest in Carrara, by IMM CarraraFiere.

SAND EMOTION | TRACK ON THE BEACH
Activities: a test drive on the beach track driving your off-road vehicle, free, regulated access.
Where: free beach Viale Colombo, Fossa Maestra, Marina di Carrara (MS)

20th BEACH FUN 4×4 “Memorial Claudio Bartoletti”
Activities: Spectacular speed show on open sand for off-road vehicles, quads and ATVs, which you can watch freely.

TEST AREA “M.C. Bartoletti” Sarzana Off-road vehicle
Activity: 18,000 sqm. area for test drives for private off-road vehicles, free, regulated access. The track has four difficulty levels, full of natural obstacles: climbs, descents, bumps, holes, side passages and twists that amaze and amuse off-road lovers, along with driving assistance and advice.

RALLY4X4FEST
Activities: multi-brand rally with the participation of historic vehicles, suitable for all types of vehicles and all levels of experience, with short more technical sections (medium / soft) for vehicles equipped with gearboxes.
Where: The route winds between the area of the Val di Magra and the Lunigiana, touching the location of the ancient city of Luni, a Roman port for the embarkation of white Carrara marbles.
When: Sunday, October 16th 9.30 am from CarraraFiere, Entrance n. 3, Viale Colombo, Marina di Carrara (MS). Upon return, participants are welcome to enjoy refreshments and the possibility for a test drive at AREA TEST M.C. Bartoletti Sarzana Off-road vehicle, Via Ghiarettolo C / o Centro Polisportivo Cristoni, Sarzana (SP).
WHITE MARBLE QUARRIES of CARRARA TOUR
Activities: panoramic tour of the white marble quarries of Carrara, open to vehicles with four-wheel drive and quads, with an exclusive category session on Sunday at 12.30 pm.
Duration: 2 hours, registration required.
Where: the route touches the following points and locations: Ponte di Ferro, Miseglia, Ponti di Vara, Antica Stazione di Ravaccione, entrance to the Fantiscritti Quarry Gallery with a guided tour, tasting of Lardo di Colonnata and wine tasting, Bedizzano, Ponte di Ferro, Carrara, return to CarraraFiere.

4X4FEST BIKE MEETING | WHITE MARBLE QUARRIES OF CARRARA
Activities: dedicated meeting for MTB and E-Bike, 50 km, Dsl 800 m., Medium difficulty, registration required.
Where: the route touches the Via Francigena, Candia, Codena, Bedizzano, passes through tunnels dug into the rock and the Bridges of Vara, includes entry into the Fantiscritti Quarry Gallery with a guided tour, tasting of Lardo di Colonnata and wine-tasting, return to CarraraFiere with a passage from Carrara city.
